About
Yoga for people who are just starting
AsanaLab was built for complete beginners — people who feel unsure where to begin, who don't want to follow a fast video class, and who want to understand why each pose is done the way it is.
Our approach
- One pose at a time. Every pose comes with a clear photo, plain-English steps, breathing guidance, common mistakes and easier options.
- Gradual progression. The 30-day programme repeats and combines familiar poses rather than piling on new ones.
- Your pace. Lessons aren't locked to dates. Miss a day, repeat a day — it's all fine.
- Safety first. We favour conservative, beginner-appropriate versions of every pose.
Content review
Pose instructions and safety guidance are written in a conservative, beginner-first style. Before public launch they should be reviewed by a qualified yoga instructor, and we welcome corrections — please get in touch if you spot anything.
